A statement released by the Society of the Families of the Detained Journalists and Writers said that the wives of the detainees will go to the Judges' Court to file their complaint.

They will object to the prolonged and unlawful detention of their husbands, indecent behavior of the judges towards the families and denial of the families' inalienable rights.

The following have signed the statement: Shahnaz Janjani for Latif Safari, Masoumeh Shafie (Akbar Ganji), Fatemeh Kamali (Emadedin Baghi), Mahdieh Mohammadi (Ahmad Zeidabadi), Fariba Abbas Qolizadeh (Mashalah Shamsolvaezin) and Mohtaram Gol Babaei (Hassan Yousofi Eshkavari).
