Tehran, Dec 18, IRNA -- All-star karate team of Iran lifted the title of World Kyokushin Matsushima Championships held in Barcelona, Spain.

In the competitions attended by 6 teams, Iran won three gold, two silver, and one bronze medals while the runner-up and third titles went to Spain and Switzerland respectively.

1- Morteza Oqbaei of Iran

2- Alireza Zamanpour of Iran

3- Spain & Switzerland

In the competitions of breaking solid objects, Mohammad Salehi snatched the gold. The Spanish Technical Committee named Salehi `Technical Karateka of the tournament'.

In addition to host Spain, Iran, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, and Italy participated in the world event.
