Tehran, Dec 22, IRNA -- Deputy of Physical Education Organization for Federations' Sports Affairs Ali Kaffashian said female fencers will be dispatched to the overseas tournaments.

Speaking in the annual assembly of Iran's Fencing Federation, the official said there is no obstacles in the way of women fencers' participation in international competitions, adding that the Physical Education Organization (PEO) is ready to allocate enough budget for sending the women fencers abroad.

Referring to the performance of Fencing Federation and the runner-up title the Iranians took in the Asian Youth Fencing Championships, Kaffashian called for the federation's precise planning on participation in 2006 Asian Games in Qatar and 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
