Iran's poor-sighted and blind judokas bagged two gold, one silver, and one bronze medals in an international tournament in France on Sunday, IRNA reported from Paris.
In men's team competitions, Iran finished runner-up.
Asghar Siah-Kamari of Iran grabbed a gold medal as he stood top in 81 kg class and Hani Asakereh added another gold to Iran's asset by standing first in 73 kg.
Seyed Ebrahim Gholami and Reza Shajari also snatched a silver and a bronze in 90 kg and 60 kg respectively.
Having three teams, France lifted the trophy with two golds, two silver, and five bronze medals in men's event.
Ukraine ranked third winning two gold and one silver medals and the fourth title went to the Algerian team with one gold and two bronze medals.
Talking to IRNA, Iranian Coach Gholam-Hossein Elmi said although the two top teams of Japan and Cuba did not participate in the tournament, the competitions level was high.
Germany and Algeria had superb performance, said the coach adding that the judokas had harsh clashes.
Twelve teams from Greece, Hungary, Ukraine, Serbia, Argentina, England, Algeria, Germany, Iran, and France took part in the on-day judo event.
