Iran lifted the trophy of the Asian Youth Weightlifting Championships ended in Indonesian city Bali Tuesday, IRNA reported.
Iran overpowered the 14 participating teams, standing top with 551 points while the host Indonesia and China ranked second and third, winning 492 and 444 points respectively.
Uzbekistan, Malaysia, and Taiwan stood fourth to sixth as they collected 401, 374, and 253 points.
Weightlifters from Indonesia, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, China, Kyrgyzstan, and Iran competed in the Asian event.
The Iranian team will return home Thursday.
In +105 kg competitions on Tuesday, the Iranian participants took three gold and two silver medals.
Lifting 365 kg, 200 and 165 kg in clean and jerk and snatch, Salehi swooped all three golds.
Two silvers were added to Iran's asset as Matin-Mehdi Raki lifted 152.5 kg in snatch and 190 kg in clean and jerk. He won the two silvers in clean and jerk and total weights, finishing fourth in snatch category.
An Uzbek contestant ranked third with a total 337.5 kg weight.
Earlier on Tuesday, Iran's 105 kg weightlifter Rashid Sharifi grabbed two golds and one silver.
Riahi said Sharifi lifted 157.5 kg in snatch, taking the coveted gold.
Sharifi bagged a silver as he kept 190 kg above his head in clean and jerk, said the official, adding he won a glittering gold medal for a total weight of 347.5 kg.
Javad Gohari, also a 105 kg weightlifter of Iran, snatched a gold medal by lifting 192.5 kg in his clean-and-jerk effort.
Li Yung-shun from South Korea took a silver by a total weight of 340 kg and the bronze medal was won by the Chinese Zang Zi-zang as he lifted 335 kg totally.
On Monday, Iranian weightlifter Ali Dehqanian snatched a bronze medal in the 85 kg class.
Dehqanian lifted 322.5 kg totally, finishing third and his teammate Javad Naderi lifted 322.5 kg but finished fourth due to his excess weight.
In his clean-and-jerk effort, Dehqanian grabbed the gold with 182.5 kg.
Wang Fui-gang of China bagged the gold with a total weight of 325 kg and the silver went to Osmanev from Uzbekistan with the same weight. The Uzbek finished runner-up due to his excess weight.
Abdolreza Fouladi-Vanda representing Iran in the 94 kg category took three silver medals on August 11.
Riahi said Fouladi-Vanda lifted 332.5 kg totally -- 150 kg in snatch and 182.5 kg in clean and jerk.
He added Sung Yung-bu of China won the gold medal and Rinaldi from Indonesia took the bronze.
