Brazil defeated Iran in quarterfinal of 2003 FIVB Men`s Under-21 Volleyball Championship being held in Tehran.

Brazil won the match in three straight sets 25-21, 25-20, 25-20 in front of the over 12,000 passionate fans of the Iran team. The match was held on Friday evening at Azadi Sports Complex in western Tehran.

Brazil now joins other semifinalists Poland, Bulgaria and South Korea to fight for the championship title.
