Iranian woman cyclist, Poupeh Mahdavinader, who is cycling around the world (see full story: Iranian woman Poupeh Mahdavinader to travel around the world by bike) will arrive in Boston on July 30. So far Poupeh has biked in Italy, France and England.

Before departing London for Boston, Poupeh had these words to share with our readers:

Hello to all the friends who have supported me from near and far, and who have sent me heart-warming letters. Today, July 30, I will depart London and will arrive in Boston at 8:41 pm on July 30. I will then announce my travel plans in US through Payvand.com who have supported me so far. It will make me very happy to receive the support of you my dears friends in any way that's possible for you. I will tell you very honestly that the kindness of all of you who have supported me in Iran and abroad, countrymen or otherwise, has been the single most important source of encouragement for me in this journey.

Poupeh's Main Goals

1. Gathering support and raising funds for orphaned children and the needy.
2. Communicating with the women, girls and youth in the countries to be visited and bringing their message to the women, girls and youth in Iran.
3. Observing the manifestations of God in nature.
