Ali Tajernia, a member of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, said the session could be regarded as the sign of Majlis stress for the peaceful use of the atomic energy in Iran.
Tajernia added that the meeting could also signify the Majlis help for the government to better actualize the demands of the people in that area.
He said the session follows a visit by the commission members to the AEOI nuclear facilities in Isfahan.
Tajernia further highlighted the significance of using atomic energy in Iran.
"Still, certain countries have raised allegations against Iran's nuclear programs," he said in answer to a question on Majlis position regarding Iran's nuclear activities.
Tajernia also said that the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission is committed to following up the issues relating to Iran's nuclear plans.
