Civil Liberties in Post 9/11 America: An Iranian Community Forum with NIAC in NY

NYU School of Law will host a forum on how Iranians in the United States have been affected by policies predating and enacted since 9/11 on September 20, 2003. The panelists, which include NIAC Board member Dr. Hadi Ghaemi, will consider strategies that Iranians can devise to respond, individually or collectively, to these matters. Among the topics covered will be: ethnic profiling, visa and registration requirements, employment discrimination, and more.
