Samimi, who has already booked a berth in 2004 Athens Olympic Games garnered three golds in the three-stage Asian event while his teammate Sajjad Moradi took three silvers in 1,500m running race.
Moradi clocked 3min 46sec, finishing runner-up to his Saudi Arabian rival Thursday.
Samimi improved his previous and the country's record by 1.57m in the first stage in Bangkok, capital of Thailand, on June 23, setting a 64.17m record.
Moradi took a silver medal in the first stage.
The duo won two colorful medals in the second stage in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sunday.
Samimi snatched the discus gold with a 63.77m throw.
Samimi won four golds in the previous edition, winning the title and a purse of 12,000 dollars.
