The Institute has in its report on Iran's development in 2001-02 announced that Iran ranked 12th in the per capita GDP list of 26 developing states.
South Korea was first on the list with dlrs 17,380 per capita GDP, while Kenya stood at the bottom of the list with a per capita GDP of dlrs 1,022.
Based on the report, Iran also ranked 22nd in the list of the developing states in terms of its humanity index.
Iran was placed 22nd for a 1.88 share in export of high quality industrial goods. Malaysia stood first in the list with 58 percent share in the exports.
Iran also occupied the 25th slot in the list for its industrial products which reserved a seven percent share in the bulk of its exports.
