Brussels, March 22, IRNA -- The EU Foreign Ministers' Council is to discuss EU-Iran ties and take stock of the situation regarding Iran's nuclear program during its formal monthly session in Brussels Monday.
The Council is expected to adopt conclusions on Iran, said EU sources.
The sources recalled that Iran signed an IAEA Additional Protocol, which the EU urges Tehran to ratify promptly, and committed itself to act in accordance with its provisions pending its entry into force.
The ministers will also discuss EU Strategic Partnership with the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
However, the focus of Monday's meeting will be the fight against terrorism following the Madrid terror attacks.
