Rome, March 26, IRNA -- The northern Italian city Milan was host to a seminar entitled "Iran After Election" Wednesday.

The topics of the meeting revolved around Iran's regional status, future of Tehran's ties with the West, and the role of Iran as a Shia state in the strategic Persian Gulf.

Milan's Center for International Political Studies sponsored the seminar.
