Tabriz, May 18, IRNA-- A Spanish company is to build a large
entertainment complex in a place currently used as a city park in this
northwestern capital city, it was reported here Tuesday.
The project has received the greenlight for implementation
following an agreement signed here Tuesday by the city mayor and
officials of the Spanish multinational company, Hurakan.
The agreement stipulates that Hurakan will build the fun park on
a 400-acre land which is currently used as a city park.
Hurakan is to build five hotels, a zoo, an aquarium, motor and
horse racing fields, winter sports hall, fishing and boating pools,
etc, on the 400-acre land.
It was also learned that Hurakan has to hand over to Tabriz
municipality a detailed plan of the project within 45 days as of
today for final confirmation.
