An official with International Department of Iran's Judiciary, talking to IRNA here Tuesday on condition of anonymity, said during the two-day meeting, Iran and the EU will discuss issues proposed by the sides.
Iran has proposed the issue of "Cultural Diversity of Human Rights" while the European Union proposed "Administration of the Affairs on Implementation of Justice", the sources added.
Iran will host human rights talks for the second time. Two rounds of talks have been previously held in the EU headquarters and Belgian capital city of Brussels.
The fourth round of talks will be held simultaneously with a meeting of IAEA's Board of Governors which will discuss Iran's nuclear activities.
Dealing with Iran's human rights case present on the UN Human Rights Commission's agenda has been put off this year and no resolution has been issued against Iran.
