Chancellor of the Iranian university, Ali Khaki Seddiq and his British counterpart from Kingston University, Peter James Mason, signed the document in a meeting in Tehran Tuesday morning.
Based on the document, the two universities are committed to start bilateral cooperation in training and scientific fields.
It also stipulates joint cooperation between the two universities in offering joint graduate courses in auto engineering.
As an industrial university, Seddiq said after meeting with Mason, the Khajeh Nasireddin Tousi, is determined to become an international university.
Terming the Kingston University as one of the most credited European universities, the British side said that his visit to Iran was aimed at becoming more familiar with the capabilities of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Khaje Nasireddin Tousi University.
