Tehran, May 28, IRNA -- Police in riot gear in Ferdowsi street
clashed with angry protestors who hurled stones at the British
embassy here on Friday.

Around 300 angry protestrs demonstrated before the British
embassy to denounce the desecration of Iraqi holy shrines by US
occupying forces.

Police said they arrested two protestors whom they caught
hurling stones at the embassy which shattered several glass
windows.
