Playing its second game in the four-sided tournament, Peace and Friendship Cup, the Iranian seniors' side handed Ukraine a 4-2 defeat in the 12,000-seater hall of Azadi Sports Complex, west of Tehran.
Top Asian marksman Vahid Shamsaei hit two and his teammates, Kazem Mohammadi and Amir Hanifi, scored one apiece.
Ukraine's Arten Gualev pulled two back.
Later, the three-time world champion, Brazil, thrashed Iran's under-21 team 6-2.
In Wednesday's opening matches, Iran beat the country's under-21 squad and Ukraine held Brazil.
Decimated due to absence of skipper Mohammad-Reza Heidarian and Mohammad Hashemzadeh, Iran overcame the under-21 side 7-4.
Iran manager Mohammad-Hassan Ansarifard told IRNA his team got the sought-after result.
"It was the first warm-up match for the team after the Asian event in Macau," added the trainer.
In another game, Brazil was held to a 3-3 draw against the Ukrainian team.
Ansarifard said Brazil has the final say in futsal world and has eyed title in 2004 world event in Taiwan.
Unlike Iran, the two teams of Brazil and Ukraine have attended some international meets and are now match-fit, said the head coach adding that Iran will undoubtedly face tough tests in their confrontation with these two.
Ansarifard said his team has been scheduled to leave for Russia on Sept 13 and plans to take part in a four-sided tournament in Bahrain in late September.
Hereunder comes the Tehran-based event's program on the last day:
