''I have seen no evidence myself in favour of removing them because they were and remain a terrorist organization,'' Straw told a press conference in Brussels Monday evening.
He was responding to a reporter's question on the demonstration by the MKO in Brussels Monday calling for the removal of its name from the EU terror list.
"I have a feeling that they had put an appeal recently within the United Kingdom legislation and lost their appeal,'' said Straw.
"The answer to that is just "no," added Straw in reply to the reporter's question if the EU intends to remove MKO from its terror list.
The EU put the MKO on its terror list in 2002.
About 3,000 MKO supporters demonstrated in Brussels ahead of an EU Foreign Ministers' meeting Monday to call for the removal of its name from the terror list.
