Tehran, April 5, IRNA-Two earthquakes hit the city of Behabad, in the northeastern part of the central province of Yazd, Tuesday.
According to Tehran University's Geophysics Institute, the quakes measuring 4.7 and 3.9 degrees on the open-ended Richter scale, shook the city at 06:44 and 07:14 hours local time (02:14 and 02:44 hours GMT), respectively.
There have been no reports yet of any damage or casualties by the quakes.
Behabad is located 200 kms from the provincial capital city of Yazd.
