Tehran, April 13, IRNA-Iranian inventors won 43 medals and four special prizes during the 33rd International Exhibition of Inventions held in Geneva, Swiss, the Persian-language daily `Jaam-e Jam' wrote Wednesday.
The daily quoted Alireza Rastegar, the official in charge of the Iranian inventors team, as saying that 15 gold, 22 silver and 6 bronze medals were awarded to the Iranian inventors during a ceremony on Tuesday.
The special prizes comprised Malaysian Oscar for researchers and scientists, Russian and German special awards and Romanian Science Ministry's prize, Rastegar added.
The inventors arrived in Tehran on Tuesday night and were welcomed by several officials, their family members and a group of people.
