Tehran, April 13, IRNA-Iran and the European Union (EU) working group will go ahead with nuclear talks in Vienna next Tuesday, Iran's nuclear negotiator Sirous Nasseri said on Wednesday.
The next Tuesday negotiations will focus on some technical aspects over the principles and the framework for the solution proposed by Iran, Nasseri said.
Nasseri said that the results of the negotiations will be conveyed to the strategic committee if they become fruitful.
However, if the two sides do not reach to any conclusion in the first round of the negotiations, another meeting will be possibly held to attain an understanding before the meeting of the strategic committee which is scheduled to be held in London on 29th April, he noted.
Iran has stopped uranium enrichment since November for confidence building with the international community.
In the latest round of negotiations, Iran has put forward a proposal to give guarantees to the European partners on civilian purpose of national nuclear program and producing fuel for the power plants in its fuel cycle plant it established in line with safeguards of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Iran is a signatory state to Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and signed Additional Protocol to NPT
