Isfahan, April 20, IRNA-Fifteen women coaches, referees, and players were allowed for the first time in Iran to watch a football match in the central city of Isfahan on Wednesday.
Isfahan Football Board has made arrangements for appearance of female futsal managers, referees, and players in Naqsh-e Jahan Stadium, where Sepahan entertains the Syrian side Al Wahda in a preliminary second-leg match of the Asian club event.
According to the board, special cards have been issued for the women, who watch the game from an exclusive stand.
In April 6 first-leg Group B match in Damascus, striker Rassoul Khatibi hit his hat-trick to inspire Sepahan into a 3-1 victory over Al Wahda.
