Vienna, Aug 26, IRNA-Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani said that ascribing security dimensions to Iran's nuclear dossier was not beneficial to the US or any other country.
Larijani made the remark in a press conference after meeting with the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohamed ElBaradei here Friday.
He said Iran was after a "win-win" game with Europe in its negotiations and would never yield to a "win-lose" game.
Stressing that gaining access to nuclear technology for peaceful purposes was the "right and need" of Iran as well as any other country, he said that Iran as well as other countries needed nuclear energy in the future even more because the fossil fuel resources were drying up.
He further accused the Western powers and the US in particular of trying to establish "an atomic apartheid" in a bid to make the atomic energy a source exclusive to themselves.
He said in case such an objective is materialized, countries will be deprived of their right for atomic technology.
