Tehran, Aug 27, IRNA-Iranian discus thrower Mehrdad Karamzadeh finished runner-up at the European disabled track-and-field meet in Helsinki, capital of Finland, Friday.

A Belgian thrower stood top and the bronze went to a representative from France.

Iran had already won three gold, three silver, and two bronze medals.

Fifty-seven countries have participated in the European athletics.
