Tehran, Aug 30, IRNA-President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday appointed two of his deputies as well as the caretaker of the Oil Ministry.

In seperate decrees issued by the president, Seyyed Ahmad Mousavi and Hojjatoleslam Ali Akbari were appointed as Vice President for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, and Vice President and Head of the National Youth Organization, respectively.

The president also named Seyyed Kazem Vaziri Hamaneh as the caretaker of the still vacant Oil Ministry.

Oil ministry nominee Ali Saeedlou failed to gain parliament's vote of confidence last week.
