According to the Iran Customs Administration, 75 percent of the aforesaid amount were exported to the United Arab Emirate (UAE) and Spain.
Saudi Arabia, France and India were among the other destinations of Iran's saffron export.
Based on the report, over 104 million dollars worth of herbal medicines and industrial herbs were exported from the country during the said period which indicated an increase of 19 percent as against the corresponding period in 1382.
Iranian herbal medicine were mainly exported to Italy, India, Pakistan, Germany and Turkey.
Iran exported 6.7 million dollars worth of tobacco since the beginning of the year 1382 which shows a rise of 101 percent compared to the same period last year.
Over 173,000 dollars worth of cotton also were exported from the country in the first 10 months of 1383, showing a decline of 96 percent as against the same period in 1382.
