According to the seismological base of Tehran University's Geophysics Institute, the tremors occurred at 16:39 hours local time (1309 GMT) and 19:43 hours local time (1613 GMT).
There are no reports of damage to property caused by the quakes.
A strong quake, measuring 6.4 on the open-ended Richter scale, struck the town of Zarand at 05:55 hours local time (0225 GMT) on February 22, killing over 600 people and injuring hundreds of others.
The epicenter of the quake was 60 kilometers (35 miles) northwest of the city of Kerman.
According to early estimates, the 6.4 Richter scale quake has inflicted over rls 700 billion of damage upon rural areas and infrastructural installations in the quake-hit region.
The quake destroyed four villages completely and damaged 40 villages by over 25 percent.
