Iran Mountaineering Federation introduced five men and five women as the members of Iranian 2005 Everest Expedition, where there are four other names as the reserved ones in the list.

All members of the final preliminary test have been divided in two expeditions. According to public relation of Iran Mountaineering Federation, the first Expedition, comprised of five men and five women as well as the expedition leader, a cameraman and a medical doctor will be going to Everest in pre-monsoon. Also there are four others (two men and two women) as the reserved members in the list. In fact, the attendance of the reserved members is under the shadow of financial problems, according to IMF.

The second expedition will be going to Kazakhstan in Summer 2005, IMF public relation has added. Four men and seven women have been announced as the members of the expedition, though the name of the peak in Kazakhstan has not mentioned.
