Tehran, May 26, IRNA-Asia's six-time futsal champion Iran felt great fear in the second match against the budding Kuwait in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Wednesday.

The star-studded Iranian side owed its win over struggling Kuwait to Mohammad Hashemizadeh, who scored the sole goal of the match.

Iran, which had thrashed the lowly Bhutan 27-2 in the opening match of the 27th edition, learned a valuable lesson that it may pay the price for complacency in tough games.

The Asian powerhouse Iran meets Lebanon Thursday.

Lebanon crushed the underdog Bhutan 14-2 and Malaysia demolished Guam 10-0 Wednesday.
