Madrid, Oct 26, IRNA-The Third Iran-Spain Seminar will be held in the presence of the two countries political and cultural personalities in Tehran on November 13, 2005.

Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) is the sponsor of the event and Spain's Universidad Complotense is its cosponsor.

The main issues to be discussed at the seminar include 'Iran's clear Activities', 'Economy and Energy', 'Bilateral Political, Cultural and Economic Ties', 'Terrorism' and 'Disarmament'.

The previous seminar of the kind was held at Madrid's Diplomatic School in November 2004 and IRI Foreign Ministry's Research Deputy Ali-Reza Mo'ayeri was the head of the Iranian delegation at the event.

This year's Tehran gathering would be the two countries' seventh joint scientific-research gathering during the course of the past two years.
