Sweden-based Iranian authors have been invited to participate in the meeting to exchange views.
Participants also intend to discuss the possibilities for promoting the publication of Persian books in foreign countries.
Persian literature will be introduced to the younger Iranians through a one-day tour which is being arranged in the sideline section of the event, the Swedish daily Aftonbladet reported.
Iranian authors will also recite from their works during the tour.
The Cultural Association of Iranians in Sweden was established in 2002 in order to unite the Iranians living in the country by holding artistic and cultural activities and publishing Persian periodicals in Sweden.
Alireza Shafeii, Behnam Farhadi, Mohsen Qaemian, Naser Gilani, and a number of other Iranian authors are members of the association.
Over 50 Iranian authors residing in Sweden are involved in artistic activities and 20 have published books in the Nordic country.
In collaboration with Sweden's Ministry of Culture, the association also plans to publish a cultural-literary weekly in Persian and Swedish and a pre-edition was recently published.
The weekly will focus on issues such as Iranology, literary criticism, the introduction of books recently published in Iran, reviews of books published in Sweden, poetry, stories, and Swedish literature.
