Women golf players from Pakistan, Brunei and Iran ranked one to third in the Fourth International Islamic Women's Games in Tehran on September 27, 2005.

22 Golf players from Brunei, Cyprus, Germany, Iran, Lebanon, Pakistan, and South Korea participated in the 4-day competions in Tehran.

The Iranian team consisted of Firoozeh Mohammad-Zamani, Leila Sarbazi, fatemeh Rahimi and Zohreh Hojabrpour.

This was the first such international golf tournament held in Iran.
