TEHRAN, Apr. 5 (Mehr News Agency) -- Iran's Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) will not let any aircraft from any Iranian airline company to fly if they have problem, noted on Wednesday, Nurollah Rezaii Niaraki, acting director of the CAO.
The European Union has banned the flight of 92 airlines most of which being African to its member countries, he said adding, airline companies such as Afghan Air and Bangladesh Airlines are included in the black list.
The sanctions imposed by the U.S. on the Islamic Republic - which prevent it from obtaining parts for Iranian aircraft - have not created any problem for the safety of the flights by the Iranian airline companies, the Persian service of Iranian Students News Agency ISNA quoted him as saying.
"When imposing limitations on the flights of the Iranian airlines you could not count on the air accidents - in a country - because, our commercial airlines did not have any incident last year," the official said adding, the air crashes were related to military aircraft not the civilian ones.
