TEHRAN, Aug. 30 (Mehr News Agency) – Davud Abedinzadeh gave Iran the first medal at the world youth Greco-Roman wrestling event as he snatched the 74kg silver in Guatemala Tuesday.
The title hopeful Abedinzadeh, who won the first time of the final against his Turkish opponent 3-0, lost in the second and third times and finished runner-up.
Iran's representative in the 60kg, Saber Farshin-Nejad ranked 10th and his teammate Davud Gil took the fifth place in the 96kg bouts.
