TEHRAN, Dec.1 (ISNA)-An Iranian photographer and documentary film maker, won the international Golden Deer underwater photography festival 2006 in France.
Kazem Bayrambakhshi managed to win the first prize of this international award for his depicting report about the caviar and estrogen fish of the Caspian Sea which took him almost two years of work (2000-2002).
This Iranian artist stood first among 900 other international participants out of which the BBC and the National Geographic are noteworthy.
Bayrambakhshi has been living in France for the past 27 years and is an instructor in a French university. He writes articles and photographs for the Geo, Figaro and many other magazines.
