Tehran, Dec 26, IRNA - Twenty countries have so far announced their readiness to participate in World Cup Epee and Grand Prix Sabre contests scheduled to be held in the southern island of Kish, in the Persian Gulf, on January 12-14.
Bulgaria, Turkmenistan, Australia, Belarus, Russia, Germany, China, Italy, France, Romania, Venezuela, Kuwait, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Canada, Holland, US and Portugal are the teams to attend the contests.
12 teams to attend Fajr table tennis contests in Kish
Twelve foreign and domestic teams will participate in Fajr International Table Tennis Contests scheduled to be held in the southern island of Kish, in the Persian Gulf, on February 24-26.
The Fajr contests are to be held on the occasion of 'Ten-Day Dawn' celebrations marking the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Eight Asian teams along with four domestic teams are to attend the contests.
