TEHRAN, July 16 (Mehr News Agency) - A three-year cooperation agreement will be signed by Iran and the World Bank (WB) in four months, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance announced here on Sunday.
Iran is duty-bound to include its economic growth rate, population growth rate, gross domestic product (GDP), and other socioeconomic factors in the agreement before it is inked.
Transport, technical and vocational, as well as water and wastewater projects are among the main ones.
The WB has declared that the delay in signing the deal is due to some technical problems not political and nuclear issues.
When the agreement is signed, the World Bank will grant loans to the country's projects.
