TEHRAN, Oct.18 (ISNA)- Iranian university students have succeeded in designing a drone plane. A research team of nine students of the Mechanics College of Isfahan University managed to win the first place by designing a drone plane, in an inner competition among 20 other Iranian university research teams.

This plane which is named Aria, can fly with the speed of 120 Km per hour in 7500 feet above the sea level and besides performing suicide attacks and gathering data in military regions, it can also track down and recognize casualties after natural disasters.

The referred plane is also of use in inspection and photographing gas and oil pipe lines, international borders and weather forecasts.
