Vienna, Sept 10, IRNA-Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani on Sunday briefed Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei on his two rounds of negotiations with European Union (EU) Foreign Policy and Security chief Javier Solana held in Vienna.
IRNA reporter in Vienna said that Larijani's meeting with ElBaradei focused on outcome of his negotiations with Solana and Iranian nuclear program designed for civilian utility.
Larijani and Solana held two rounds of intensive negotiations on Iran's nuclear program at Austrian Chancellery Palace on Saturday and Sunday.
The details of the negotiations have not been disclosed yet.
Both Larijani and Solana expressed satisfaction with outcome of their negotiations and described it useful and constructive.
"It was very constructive and many ambiguities were removed," Solana told reporters in Vienna.
"We discussed a variety of issues consistent with the package of incentives of the Group 5+1. We made good progress and managed to remove many of the misunderstandings," Larijani told the reporters.
They told reporters that they would proceed with negotiations next week.
Larijani is expected to leave Vienna for home later in the day.
