Berlin, Sept 20, IRNA-An Iranian engineer based in the northeastern city of Rostock has invented a new anti-snoring pillow, the German edition of Financial Times newspaper said Wednesday.
Developed at the University of Rostock, the pillow enables people to breathe better during sleep.
"If you breathe well, you sleep better and you will no longer snore," said Daryoush Bazargani who has worked for three years on this project.
The pillow contains five computer-guided air chambers which become active once you begin to snore.
The air chambers slowly place the head in a different position on the pillow in a bid to halt the snoring.
The anti-snoring pillow is still undergoing a test phase, however Bazargani hopes to introduce his product in Europe and Japan in a few years.
