Mohammadi grabs world freestyle title

Guangzhou, China, Sept 27, IRNA-Iran's 60 kg freestyle wrestler Morad Mohammadi stole the show by beating his U.S. opponent Mike Zadick in the final of the 2006 world freestyle competitions in Guangzhou, China on Wednesday.

Mohammadi bagged bronze in the 2005 world edition in Budapest, capital of Hungary.

Iran's Surian celebrates world Greco-Roman title

Hamid Sourian from Iran lifted the world 55 kg Greco-Roman wrestling title after overcoming Rovshan Bayramov from the Azerbaijan Republic here Monday.

Bayramov had defeated Sourian in Baku Grand Prix.
