Iran-U.S.-Iraq security committee to meet next week

TEHRAN, Aug. 03 (ISNA)-Iran's ambassador to Iraq gave news of a session between the three sides of the Iraq talks on the established committee between the negotiating sides.

"All sides in the second round of talks on Iraq agreed on the establishment of a tripartite security committee," he said while adding, "So to clarify the authority and boundaries of this committee a session between all sides of this issue is to be held next week."

He also rejected the news of Iran's foreign minister's trip to Iraq.

"There have been no arrangements made for Manouchehr Mottaki's trip to Iraq, but we are programming the visit of Iran's foreign ministry's Arab-Africa deputy."
