TEHRAN, Dec. 07 (ISNA)-The cause of the first stranding of Persian Gulf dolphins was "fishing interactions," told an IUCN expert to ISNA.

Most of the 79 dolphins had fractures in their skulls and muzzles showing that most probably the cause of death was fishing, but it was not recognizable whether industrial or traditional, Antonio Fernandez said.

The experts will also announce the cause of the death of 73 other dolphins beached almost a month after the first school as Iran's laboratories could finish the data analysis.
