Islamic Windows XP enters the market

Isfahan, Feb 26, Taliya News - Isfahan-based Aal-ul-Bait International Assembly has for the first time manufactured and presented to markets an Islamic version of Windows XP with various options.

According to Imam Sadeq University's bulletin 'Letter of Communications & Religion' the Head of Isfahan-based Aal-ul-Bait International Assembly, Ehsan Helmi, announcing the news added, "The Windows XP Islamic Operation System is the first of its kind whose possibilities would be improved in its future versions."

Helmi added in an interview with Taliya News, "The first version of this software is presented in two CDs, the first one includes the original Windows, and the second one is inclusive of the Islamic possibilities and they can both be loaded automatically.

On special possibilities of the system and its installment, he said, "Throughout the installment of this operating system the user can see and hear Islamic sites and sounds, and in some states of it he would also be able to read some quotations by Imam Ali.

Helmi at the end referred to the existence of the full text and tape of the Glorious Qur'an in Islamic Windows XP, its capability to categorize over 200 Islamic websites, and a collection of dozens of Islamic hymns and prayers in its favorites section.
