Tehran, June 30, IRNA - Members of an Iranian trade delegation comprising exporters, industry owners and representatives of some governmental organizations wound up their four-day visit to Iraq Saturday.
They met their Iraqi counterparts in Kurdistan, Sulaimaniya and Erbil provinces.
Deputy of Iran Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) on marketing and relations adjustment said the visit aimed to explore ways to develop trade, recognition of Iraq market and paving the way for expansion of export of goods and services to Iraq.
Mohammad Ali Zeighami added, the Iranian delegation during the visit to three Iraqi northern provinces studied supplying goods for Iraqi people.
He notified that Iraqi market is one of strategic priorities of ITPO plans.
The Iranian delegation ended its four-day visit to Iraq on June 29 and left for Iran.
