Tehran, July 12, IRNA - In the first day of an International Grasski Tournament in Iran on Thursday Czeck skier Ian Nemek in Super G contests in Men's group and Antonela Manzoni in women's group snatched gold medals.
In Today's competitions Hossein Kalhor (father's name Darvish) and again Hossein Kalhor (father's name Ghorbanali) won the silver and bronze medals repsectively.
In the women's group Iranian grass skier Mitra Kalhor bagged silver medal and Fatemeh Mahdavian stood in the third place with a bronze medal in Super G contests.
On the last day of the tournament on Friday Grand Slalom competitions will be held on the same pist In the two-day 16th international grasski tournament held in Dizin Ski Complex in northern Tehran. Three teams from Italy, Czeck and Austria and ten local teams have taken part in these competitions.
Dizin Ski Complex, founded in 1969, is the first internationally recognized Iranian skiing resort situated in the southern slopes of Alborz mountain range in northern Tehran in the Gajereh region with a 4-kilometer long pist within the range of minimum 2650 meters and maximum 3600 meters above the sea level.
