International Physics Olympiads president dies in Isfahan

TEHRAN, July 15 (ISNA)-President of the International Physics Olympiads, Waldemar Gorzkowski died of heart attack in Isfahan, Iran.

He and his wife had come to Isfahan so to participate in The 38th International Physics Olympiad held in Isfahan.

Gorzkowski had founded the international physics Olympiads in 1967 as a scientific competition between world high schools, which this except for 1973, 1978 and 1980 has been held every year in various countries.
