NY – May 29, 2007 – International music sensation and
Bodog Music artist Nazanin is preparing to hit the road on tour in support of
her debut album Someday that was released nationwide on April
24th. All of the dates will be at select Border’s Bookstores
around the country. This will give her chance to not only perform, but to
speak on her human right initiatives.
The title track single from this
already acclaimed album continues to climb the charts every week and has reached
the top 20 at FMQB Adult Contemporary (AC) radio in America this
week. The video for this track was downloaded nearly 140,000 times in only
10 days. She also is going to be Glamour Magazine’s “Hero of the
Month” in their July issue.
Nazanin hit the entertainment scene
in 2003 and quickly rose to the ranks on the world celebrity scene after being
named runner-up for the Miss World Competition following her Miss Canada
crowning. Since then she has spent her time creating and recording music
as well as becoming an avid human rights activist for various causes including
Help Nazanin, Stop Child Executions and others where she has appeared on top
shows including FOX TV’s Hannity & Colmes, BBC and
CNN.
