TEHRAN, June 16 (Mehr News Agency) -- Iran with contribution of British contractors broke ground to build the world's biggest grain silo with a capacity of 500 thousand tons.
British Ambassador Jeffrey Adams found the project as a sign for good relations between the two countries.
The project reveals the support of Iran's state, MPs, and the private sector, Adams said in the groundbreaking ceremony of the project.
Calling it his duty to support the project, he added that the silo set beside the national railway has the advantage of low-cost transit.
